Electrical Engineering Department

Electrical engineering has evolved into an exciting high-tech discipline encompassing a wide range of engineering activities. As technology has advanced, so too have the challenges facing the modern engineer. There is a gap between the demand and supply of electricity. Therefore, the corporate sector is entering power generation. Thus, the demand for electrical engineers is expected to increase exponentially. EE is a subject that naturally combines with other disciplines, opening up new avenues for engineering. The EE branch aims to train students in the fields of electrical, electronics, and computer engineering. The curriculum is designed to provide students with a comprehensive knowledge of both theory and practice.

The Electrical Department offers a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics, formerly known as Electrical Engineering, in regular and part-time programs. This is one of the basic engineering branches introduced at the beginning of this college. The department is equipped with well-equipped laboratory facilities and experienced faculty.
