Discipline/Grievance Committee
An Academic Grievance Committee has been established to ensure the smooth functioning of all undergraduate programs at the Institute and consists of the following members:

The above committee will deal with all academic matters/grievances of diploma students related to attendance, academic problems, etc. in the diploma program. The committee will meet as needed and make recommendations to the Chairman Senate for final approval and action.
Although all diploma students, whether living in the hostels or outside the hostels, are expected to maintain the decorum and goodwill of the hostels and the campus community through their conduct, a Discipline Committee will be formed to ensure the smooth functioning of the hostel life of all diploma students on the MPC campus. This committee will consist of the following members.

The above committee will deal with all administrative/disciplinary matters relating to the movement of diploma students to and from the Institute and hostels. The committee will meet as required and submit recommendations to the Director of the Institute for final approval and action.
